Ever wondered who our ancestors are? So did I. I asked a friend if he could do a little research, and within days he pulled together a ton of information. Below are the breakdowns of my four grandparents. Follow along as we learn the details of each of these families. Morales Manuel Morales was born on April 18, 1913 in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico, the son of Jose Morales and Maria Perez. Manuel Morales married Rosa Vera Perez on April 11, 1936, in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico. Here is a copy of their marriage record. Manuel is listed in the 1940 federal census as living in Piedras Blancas, Puerto Rico along with his wife Rosa Vera, and, at that time, their three children, Manuel, Pedro, and Edith. By the 1950 federal census Manuel and Rosa were still in Piedras Blancas, now with Juan, Angel, Zoraida, Aridenos, Luz, and Ada. By 1960 Manuel had moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
